Alternatively,  please call, text or Whatsapp me on 07720397734

I will NOT charge you if:

  • You or a member of your household has a very bad cold, cough, covid or flu (or anything else that is contagious!)
  • You or a member of your household has diarrhoea and or vomiting (which isn’t linked to an ongoing illness personal to them)
  • A family member is rushed to hospital
  • It’s a genuine emergency
  • It’s inclement weather conditions, making travel dangerous.

Payment Policy

Full payment is due on or before the day of treatment.

In order of preference, I accept BACS (Bank Transfers), online payment at the time of booking, debit or credit card payments, and cash.

Please note I generally DO NOT carry change.

I generally prefer NOT to be paid in cash as it usually involves you having to go somewhere to get it and me having to take it to the post office to cash it in!

Payment Package Policy

I offer a discount on packages of 3 and 6 treatments when full payment is made on the day of the first treatment of the set. Discounts cannot be retrospectively applied, and packages cannot be shared with other people without my prior consent, nor will refunds be issued, after the 14 day cooling off period.

Health Care | Medical Cashback | Work Wellbeing Plan Policy

Reflexology is sometimes covered under health insurance or health care plans.
Please double-check if Reflexology is covered before booking your appointment.
If you need a Reflexology receipt, I am happy to provide one after I have received your payment if you ask me nicely!
Normally, you need to submit my receipt to the health company to gain your reimbursement.
I will require payment from you on the day of your treatment please.

Gift Voucher Policy

Gift vouchers are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. After the 14-day cooling off period they are non-refundable.

Please allow me 48 hours notice if you wish to postpone or cancel your appointment unless it is an emergency.
For non-emergency cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, please consider the gift voucher as ‘spent’

Gift vouchers generally have an expiry date on them. If you’ve received a gift voucher from a raffle, they generally have shorter expiry dates usually 3 months after the event.

The expiry date is non-negotiable and cannot be extended.

Email and Newsletter Settings

If you have signed up for my email updates and / or newsletter you may unsubscribe at any time.
Please use the link at the bottom of the email or email in**@************co.uk with unsubscribe in the title of the email.
You may also update your email preferences by clicking the update preferences link at the bottom of the email.

If you want to tidy your inbox by unsubscribing from my newsletter/emails and are worried about offending me, please don’t be! I have spent a lot of time unsubscribing from everyone recently, I get it! You will of course get emails regarding your appointments and any urgent client business.

Treatments for Children

Please note generally I do NOT treat children under the age of 16. If I do agree to treat anyone under 16 a parent or guardian will need to be in the room at all times during the treatment. A parent or guardian must sign a Young Person’s consent form before the treatment commences.
For 16 and 17 year olds a parent may be present for the treatment if the client would like.

Pregnancy/ Maternity Treatments

Treatments generally help the body get into a relaxed state which is usually a good thing.

However as you’re aware, some pregnancies will naturally come to an end, often within the first trimester, although some will happen later on in the pregnancy. It is thought that miscarriage is often caused by genetic defects etc.

There is no evidence to suggest that reflexology or pregnancy massage would induce a miscarriage.

If you have a reflexology session whilst pregnant you may wish to wait until you are 13 weeks+
I will ask you to sign a disclaimer stating that you are aware of this and that you are happy to go ahead with the treatment at your own risk.

Privacy Policy

I will NOT share your details with any third party (unless you’ve been referred to me as part of a scheme or unless I have a legal requirement to do so)
I will not share your confidential information with anyone else
I will keep your notes locked away securely

My full Privacy Policy can be viewed here

Hands-on Treatment time

Please note that your treatment will include:
A short face-to-face consultation,
Time to get your socks/clothes on and off and undressed/dressed if having a massage.
A short period at the end of the treatment to discuss any aftercare advice
Actual hands-on treatment time will vary.

Home Visits

Please allow an extra 10-15 mins each side of your treatment to allow me to set up and pack away.
