Treatments for Children

Please note generally I do NOT treat children under the age of 16. If I do agree to treat anyone under 16 a parent or guardian will need to be in the room at all times during the treatment. A parent or guardian must sign a Young Person’s consent form before the treatment commences.

For 16 and 17 year olds a parent may be present for the treatment if the client would like.

pregnancy

Pregnancy/ Maternity Treatments

Treatments generally help the body get into a relaxed state which is usually a good thing.

However as you’re aware, some pregnancies will naturally come to an end, often within the first trimester, although some will happen later on in the pregnancy.

It is thought that miscarriage is often caused by genetic defects etc.

There is no evidence to suggest that reflexology or pregnancy massage would induce a miscarriage.

If you have a treatment whilst pregnant you may wish to wait until you are 13 weeks+

I will ask you to sign a disclaimer stating that you are aware of this and that you are happy to go ahead with the treatment at your own risk.
