Non-Emergency Cancellations

For routine, non-medical, non-emergency cancellations please give me 24 hours notice so I can offer your treatment slot to another client.

If less than 24 hours notice is given (for a non-emergency reason) I reserve the right to invoice for the full treatment price.

Please rearrange your treatment if you or anyone in your household have

  • A cold or sore throat
  • Fever
  • A new persistent cough
  • Other flu-like symptoms
  • Loss of taste or smell
  • Any otherwise unaccountable new marks, spots, or bruises on your skin or feet
  • Diarrahoea
  • Vomiting
  • Have had your coronavirus vaccination in the last 3 days
  • Been told to self-isolate, have been pinged by Test and Trace or have been in close contact with someone with covid symptoms 
  • Have  returned from abroad in the last 14 days * (the rules keep changing on this and I can’t keep up!) 

No charge for emergency, medical or family based cancellations

I will NOT invoice you if you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours of the treatment start time if it is a genuine emergency or if you or a member of your household have been told to self-isolate.

Emergencies include

Personal or family illness, parent/child-related problems, going into labour or giving birth, extreme adverse weather conditions like snow, breakdowns etc.

If you’re unsure whether you should rearrange your appointment please give me a call and I will be able to advise.

If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment due to illness, self-isolation or emergency please let me know as soon as possible.
