If less than 24 hours notice is given (for a non-emergency reason) I will invoice you for the full treatment price.
Gift vouchers will be considered ‘spent’ and no refunds will be given on treatments already paid for if I do not receive at least 24 hours notice of a non-emergency cancellation
Please rearrange your treatment if you or anyone in your household have
- A cold or sore throat
- A new persistent cough
- Other flu-like symptoms
- New loss of taste or smell
- Any otherwise unaccountable new marks, spots, or bruises on your skin or feet
- Diarrhoea or vomiting that’s not related to an existing condition
- Have had a coronavirus vaccination or booster in the last 3 days
- Been told to self-isolate or have been in close contact with someone with covid symptoms
No charge for emergency, medical or family based cancellations
I will NOT invoice you if you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours of the treatment start time if it is a genuine emergency or if you or a member of your household have been told to self-isolate.
But you MUST let me know as soon as you possibly can on 07720397734
- Personal or family illness
- You or someone you’ve been in close contact to getting covid
- Parent/child-related problems
- Going into labour or giving birth
- Extreme adverse weather conditions like snow, high temperatures etc
- Vehicle breakdowns etc.

How to cancel, postpone or rearrange your appointment
If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment due to illness, self-isolation or emergency please let me know as soon as possible.
