Sarah Cooper:  Reflexology and Reiki, Boroughbridge

My name is Sarah Cooper and I’m a Reflexologist and Reiki Master Practitioner based in Boroughbridge.

I offer Reflexology,  Facial Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology, and Reiki home visits and am happy to travel up to a 10 mile radius of Boroughbridge. I have a relatively flexible schedule so can offer appointments at a time to suit you, including some evenings and alternate weekends.

Me coming to you means that you don’t have to worry about finding a parking space, battling with the weather, catching a bus or having to snap out of that wonderful post treatment feeling to be able to drive home. It also means you can wear your pyjamas for your treatment and then drift off to bed afterward if you so wish.

What can my treatments help with?

 My treatments can help with

  • Improving low mood,
  • Relieving stress and anxiety,
  • Improving sleep patterns
  • improving your general sense of wellbeing,
  • Reducing muscle tension and generally feel really good!

The treatments I offer all help the body come back into balance. Often what we need is to relax and take some time out, this in turn relieves stress and anxiety, helps tense muscles to relax, improves sleep patterns and generally improves you sense of wellbeing.

Often when we’re stressed we take short cuts, maybe relying more heavily on takeaways or convenience foods, or having more wine with dinner than is strictly a good idea. Maybe hobbies and exercise get put to the side, or meetings with friends cancelled.

This all affects the way we feel and things can start to spiral. Having a regular treatment can help you reduce your stress levels and allow you to start feeling more like you again!

Why do people usually book a treatment with me?

People come to me for a variety of reasons. Some are looking to get help with a specific issue like aches or pains, headaches or migraines. Some of them want help with symptoms of a condition or disease. Or to help lift low mood. Some are incredibly stressed with work or life, and need a little time off for themselves on my couch. Some clients come as part of their self-care.

Are you ready to feel better?

If you are ready to start feeling better and want to transform the way you feel right now then please get in touch with me for a no-obligation chat.

Whether you’ve been feeling chronically unwell for a long time, or are tired of feeling tired all the time or are just wanting to take an hour for yourself to relax, please get in touch and ask me how I might be able to help you.

Why I became a Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner

I have a personal interest in alleviating stress and anxiety and know how much of a difference having Reflexology or Reiki made to me when I was a young mum, stressed, with a busy lifestyle and little time for myself.

Having an hour off to myself made it so I was able to cope with whatever life threw at me. Just knowing that I had the appointment in my reflexologists diary made the rest of the month go more smoothly for me! This made me want to help other people feel relaxed and more able to cope with whatever they were facing too.
