I often get asked the same questions by clients so I thought I’d jot down the answers to some of them for you! 

I know what treatment I would like, how do I book please?

If you know what treatment you’d like and are happy to go ahead and book an appointment please just fill in the Contact Form on the Contact Page, stating what your preferred treatment would be and when you’re available and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can with an appointment time.

I don’t know what treatment I’d like, I just know I want to feel better than I do now, what should I do?

If you’re not clear about which treatment might help you the most, or would like a completely free, no-obligation exploratory call either via telephone or zoom please let me know via the contact form. I’d be more than happy to  have a conversation with you. 

I’ll take into consideration your preferences and ask some questions about what has been going on for you and between us we will decide which treatment (or combination of treatments) would be best. I have a wide range of tools available to me in my toolbox, from Massage to Crystal Healing, Facial Reflexology and Facials. So whatever you are experiencing, chances are I will have something that can help. If not I have a range of contacts in my wider Therapy Network that I can contact. If I can’t help you, chances are I will know someone who can! 

FAQs

Mobile treatments

I am mainly mobile so I will come to you at home. I will bring with me the things that I need, including either my massage couch or my recliner chair. I use my recliner chair mainly for Foot Reflexology treatments. Both my recliner chair and massage couch are super comfortable and supportive. My aim is for you to be able to drift off during your treatment if you so wish! (Bonus points if you fall asleep! I love it when I hear the gentle purr of the snoring client!) 

The main benefit of me coming to you is it saves you loads of time. You don’t have to drive anywhere or find somewhere to park, or snap out of that wonderful sleepy fug after your treatment to drive home. There’s no buses for you to catch and you don’t (necessarily!) have to find childcare for older children!

How do I pay?

Please pay by BACS (Bank Transfer) where possible. If you need to pay using a debit or credit card please let me know in advance and I will bring my card machine with me. 

Can I claim back for the price of my treatment?

If you are a member of a Health Insurance Scheme or have a health-related cashback plan it may be possible to reclaim your treatment fee from them on production of a receipt. If you would like a receipt for your treatment please ask me and I will send one across via email on receipt of your payment. Please double check whether Reflexology is covered BEFORE you book your treatment, unless you’re happy to fund the cost of your treatment yourself 🙂 

What is your Cancellation Policy?

If you would like to amend/postpone or cancel your appointment for any reason please give me at least 24 hours notice.

Of course if you are unwell, or have a sick family member ,have a genuine emergency or have been in close contact with someone who is unwell, please cancel your appointment, giving me as much advance notice as possible.

I will not charge for appointments cancelled at last minute if it is an emergency or if illness is involved in any way. 

Appointments cancelled at last minute for a non-emergency or non-medical reason will be invoiced at the full treatment price unless I can fill your slot with another client.

Can I buy Gift Vouchers?

Gift Vouchers are available via email and are valid for up to one year after their issue date or one year after I resume treatments, whichever is sooner. 

These can be for any amount above £10 or any treatment. Please email me if you would like to buy Gift Vouchers info@sarahcooper.co.uk

What is your Privacy Policy?

In order to provide useful treatments (and to satisfy my insurance company) I need to take a full medical history. I will ensure that this is confidential and stored in a locked filing cabinet. I will not share your information with any third party nor sell any information to anyone. My full privacy policy is available here
